REMOTE COURT APPEARANCES
All matters at all court locations will be heard remotely via Zoom until further order of the court. For information on remote court hearings please visit https://19thcircuitcourt.state.il.us/2163/Remote-Court-Hearings.

Attorneys and parties may contact our office to schedule motions and for information on the proper procedure for submitting filings to the Circuit Clerk's Office:

Civil and Family Division

  • Attorneys and parties may contact our office at 847-377-3209 to schedule a court date for all civil and family division matters
  • Filings will be continued to be accepted through the efiling system
  • Proposed agreed orders may be submitted directly to the assigned courtroom email addresses as outlined in the Temporary Procedures Administrative Orders issued by the 19th Judicial Circuit Court

Criminal and Traffic Division

  • Attorneys and defendants may contact our office at 847-377-3239 for procedures for scheduling any criminal or traffic matters
  • All criminal and traffic filings may be submitted by mail or in person
  • Proposed agreed orders may be submitted directly to the assigned courtroom email addresses as outlined in the Temporary Procedures Administrative Orders issued by the 19th Judicial Circuit Court

Traffic Branch Courts

  • Please contact the assigned branch court for procedures as to how to set your matter:
    • Mundelein:  847-377-3300
    • Park City: 847-377-3500
    • Round Lake: 847-377-3400
  • Branch Courts will be open to the public beginning Monday, July 6, 2020 and all filings may be submitted to the assigned branch by mail or in person.
  • Proposed agreed orders may be submitted directly to the assigned courtroom email addresses as outlined in the Temporary Procedures Administrative Orders issued by the 19th Judicial Circuit Court

Juvenile Branch Court

  • Please contact the Juvenile Branch at 847-377-7888 for information on scheduling
  • Filings may be submitted to the Juvenile branch either through the mail or in person
  • Proposed agreed orders may be submitted directly to the assigned courtroom email addresses as outlined in the Temporary Procedures Administrative Orders issued by the 19th Judicial Circuit Court
