Our staff is available to assist attorneys, self-represented litigants and other filers at any of our e-filing stations during normal business hours. Computers and scanners are available for public use for the purpose of e-filing, at our Waukegan & Vernon Hills locations. Since the Circuit Clerk’s Office closes at 5:00 p.m., we ask that filers arrive no later than 4:15 p.m. to ensure that our staff has adequate time to fully assist e-filers with completing their electronic submissions.
