• The petition must be signed.
  • Your Petition should be saved in PDF format.
  • You must register with an  Electronic Filing Service Provider (EFSP). 
  • A list of certified EFSPs as well as links to their sites are available on the eFileIL webpage.
  • Self-represented litigants needing help with e-filing Orders of Protection may visit the advocates in room D-100, located on the 5th Floor of the Lake County Criminal Court Tower at 301 Washington Street in Waukegan. Additional Assistance is also available through other agencies.
