Use the links below to register as an attorney or firm with our office. Please note: we cannot accept filings from unregistered attorneys or firms. E-Filing and Online Portal registration are separate processes.

• Attorney association (add/remove from firm)

Attorneys receiving bond refunds in excess of $600 per calendar year must also submit the following forms. You can access them here, or they are available when you click the Attorney Link on this page:

Please note that submitting a registration form to the Circuit Clerk is for the purposes of updating information in the Lake County Circuit Clerk's record management system.

To register for e-filing, you will need to select and register with a state-certified e-filing service provider (EFSP). Information on the available EFSPs. Any updates to your e-Filing account should be made through your EFSP.
