Please note that filers have a choice of choosing from several certified Electronic Filing Service Providers (EFSPs) to submit their filings to Lake County. The service providers have been certified by the State's Electronic Filing Manager, Odyssey eFileIL. Filers may register and file directly through eFileIL, or they may choose another EFSP of their choosing.
Once you have registered with an EFSP, you may then submit filings to Lake County.
