  • Filers may also submit a help desk ticket with any technical issues or concerns they have regarding e-filing. 

Help DeskThe Helpdesk does not review e-Filing. All non-technical issues should be directed to the appropriate department.

On-Site

Available Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:15 pm.

  • Our staff is available to assist attorneys, self-represented litigants, and other filers at any of our e-filing stations during normal business hours. Computers and scanners are available for public use for the purpose of e-filing at our Waukegan and Vernon Hills locations. Since the Circuit Clerk's Office closes at 5 pm, we ask that filers arrive no later than 4:15 pm to ensure that our staff has adequate time to fully assist e-filers with completing their electronic submissions.
