Please note submitting a registration form to the Circuit Clerk is for the purposes of updating information in the Lake County Circuit Clerk’s record management system. To register for e-Filing, you will need to select and register with a State Certified e-Filing Service Provider (EFSP). Information on the available EFSP’s can be found at
http://efile.illinoiscourts.gov/service-providers.htm. Any updates to your e-Filing account should be made through your EFSP.

The Lake County Circuit Clerk's Office must be notified of any changes to an attorney's firm association name, or contact information. Changes can be requested online or by completing the required forms and submitting them to our office via mail or in person.
