Procedures for Establishing Guardianship of a Minor:

  • Person petitioning the court must be at least 18 years of age
  • Forms (petition) for guardianship are provided below
  • Can become guardian of the person, estate, or both
  • Court dates are scheduled on:
    • Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday - Attorneys Only - 9:00 AM. 
    • Friday - Self-Represented Litigants (SRL) - 9:00 AM.
