Effective June 1, 2023, the Lake County Circuit Clerk's Office no longer accepts payments for child support and maintenance/spousal support.
Payments should be sent to the State Disbursement Unit OR the payee if the court order directs you to do so.
For payments sent to the State Disbursement Unit, a check or money order must be sent to:
