PLEASE NOTE: The probate division has moved from the Park City Branch to the Circuit Clerk's Office at 18 N County Street. 

The Probate Division is responsible for maintaining wills and records of probate and guardianship.  This includes deceased estates as well as guardianship of disabled and minor persons and estates.
